Dear Editorship!
Attempts are still being made to drag the Bolshevists into infamy and say that they do nothing else but rob and kill and the like. Of course the rich are the ones who make these allegations. But I say, please leave the Bolshevists in peace. You rich who up to now have suppressed us poor may not like the doings of the Bolshevists. That I truly believe. But wouldn’t you like to get a taste of it just once? Everything that is right should be accomplished, live and let live. You rich have not had any intention of that as yet. You were thinking only about yourselves and the poor could kick the bucket. You could not have cared less, you throat-cutters without mercy. Why do you have to lament about need? So far you have never seen any need, nor have you felt the pressure of need.
Christ said, the least you have done to my brothers, you have done onto me. But how did you do it? Every human being needs sun, air and the earth. Without these three things he cannot live humanely. Why then should we not have a part of this earth?
Therefore, I do not understand that someone with a lot of land and cannot work it all by himself will lament when he is supposed to give part of the land to those who have no land at all. This is only just. I think that there is enough land available for everyone. Why shouldn’t everybody have a part of it?
When you rich people die, then you will not receive anything more than the poor, namely only 7 feet under the ground. You, the rich one, think about your vengefulness and your absurdity! Many will merit a trip to hell with that. He does not know how much he should take from the poor when he purchases something. But when a man works for a day’s wages for him, then the rich one does not know how little he should offer per day. Finally he will receive (illegible) lei. In the evening when he is ready to leave for home, he will ask for a pot of milk for his children and for that he will have to pay 3 lei. Yes, who is able to survive with such ruthlessness? So then, whoever has too much, do away with him! Live and let live!
The weather is really dry. We should absolutely get some rain.
In reference to the report by “A Farmer”, it is incorrect what is written in it about the behavior of Zachaeus Kopp during the wedding at Karl Mueller. The article was based on hearsay and the story was submitted in a distorted manner. If one does not know for certain, then it would be best to say nothing at all.
