Dear Editor Brandt!
I kindly ask you to please fit my few lines into your columns of your esteemed paper.
I am looking for my friends in North America from whom I have not received a sign of life for a long time. I am looking for the following friends: My brothers Christian and Florian Krenzel (sons of Ludwig Krenzel) from Krasna in Bessarabia. Earlier they resided in Halliday, North Dakota. (*Editor: Florian Krenzel is a reader of this paper in Halliday, N.D.)
Further, I am also looking for my cousins Joseph, Sigesmund, Eustachius and Karl Krenzel (sons of Peter Krenzel), and Daniel Dietz. Should the aforementioned be readers of the Staats-Anzeiger, then these friends are asked to please draw their attention to these lines. The same are asked to please forward to me their correct addresses, so that I can start a letter exchange with them. As soon as I receive your addresses, I will inform you about local conditions.
Perhaps one of these friends could arrange that I receive the Staats-Anzeiger. I would be very grateful for that.
Greetings,
Isidor Krenzel
