There are also several other young men and women, who applied for immigration, but I don’t know their names. Most of them have already sold their property. Some of them will probably be held back by the doctors, since these also want to earn a couple of lei.

I am informing my friend Alexander Steiert that I have received his letter. I was happy to hear that all of you are still healthy.

Zaelestina Dirk, nee Leintz, wife of Maximilian Dirk passed away on 15 March at the age of 29 years, and on 1 April, the widow Marianna Mueller, nee Volk, daughter of Elias passed away. She was 67 years old. Peace to their ashes!
