Worthy Editorship!

Herewith I am asking Mr. Anton Gedak to inform my brother Lazarus Volk about the following. I have written him on several occasions. Apparently, my letters have met the same fate as his. He had told my brother-in-law Anton Soehn, that he had mailed some letters. The best would be for him to send me his exact address. I can’t imagine what else could be the matter with the exception of the bad postal service that so far my letters never got to him.

In closing, I greet all my friends in Krasna and ask them if at all possible to write soon.
