Worthy Editorship!

The weather is stormy and cold. The harvest didn’t turn out well. The little bit that did grow was destroyed by hail. That’s why there was little fodder and it is getting scarce.

The health conditions are satisfactory. In Edition #53, I read the report from my brother-in-law in Karamurat. He is saying that instead of receiving compensation, they were poked in the ribs. Well that shouldn’t be anything special for the Germans in Rumania. That should be a consolation for him.

I am asking him and also Romanus Bobolofsky to report more often in the Staats-Anzeiger from there. Especially from Karamurat one hears very little. If your ink has frozen, one can thaw it out again. That should not be an excuse.

With a friendly greeting,
Rafael Ruscheinsky
