Honored Editor Mr. Brandt!

The health conditions among the people are not the best. The wet and cold weather causes a lot of colds and coughs. With weather like this, one should take extra precautions.

Since my last report the following people have died. On 6 November, Hyronimus Soehn, son of Peter died at the age of 58 years. He left his wife Elenora, nee Ihli and 4 unmarried daughters. Juliana Eckert, nee Hintz died on 23 November at the age of 73 years. She left her grieving husband Johannes Eckert. Peace to their souls and rest to their ashes! This is to inform friends in America.

In closing, I greet all readers and also the dear editorship.
